We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone, project type and your message) for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote for the project you describe.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form after ticking the box accepting this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. Afterwards it is deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use service providers (for example, email and hosting) acting as data processors under the safeguards required by law.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@puchet.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
