We work across the whole of Mallorca, based in Port d'Andratx. Our main area is the south-west of the island: Andratx, Camp de Mar, Santa Ponça, Calvià and Palma.

Do you speak English and German?

Yes. We work in Spanish, English and German, which is common among our clients in the Andratx area. All project communication is in your language.

How much does a renovation cost?

Every renovation is different, so we prepare a detailed quote after visiting the property. The visit and quote are free and with no obligation.

Do you handle licences and permits?

Yes. We coordinate the project with the necessary professionals and help you with the licences and permits the work requires.

I live off the island — can you handle everything?

Yes. Many clients don't live in Mallorca all year. We coordinate the work remotely, keep you informed and also look after your home while you're away.
