We are Construcciones Puchet, a family business based in Port d'Andratx with more than 60 years of experience. We deliver complete architectural solutions: from the first sketch to handing over the keys, with a single point of contact and no runaway subcontractors.

Creating a new space is a kind of happiness. That's why we look after every detail, meet our deadlines and speak your language —Spanish, English and German— so the build feels as calm as possible.

Our story

Construcciones Puchet was founded more than six decades ago in Port d'Andratx, when the south-west of Mallorca was still a handful of fishermen's houses and stone farmsteads. Since then we have grown alongside the area: we have built homes, renovated kitchens and bathrooms, refurbished façades and worked with families from the island and beyond who chose Andratx as their home or their place in the sun.

We are still a family business. Our name is on the building — and on every job. That is why we answer personally, deliver what we promise and look after the details as if the house were our own. Today we carry out around eighty projects a year and work in Spanish, English and German, as is natural in such an international area.
